Since 2007, we've been dedicated to reconstructing and repairing flat roofs on blocks of flats across Europe, completing over 200 projects. On the Czech market, where we've been active since 1995 and with more than 1,000 projects under our belt, we've established ourselves as leaders in this field.

Our top priority is to provide our customers with a comprehensive roofing system made from top-quality materials. We pay close attention to every detail to ensure long-lasting durability and minimal maintenance.

Naturally, handling the project documentation, securing the building permit, and outlining the financing strategy for the roof reconstruction are all integral parts of our services.

Designing RpSt

When you tell a child to paint a roof, will he paint a sloping or a flat roof? Even a child knows that the roof is supposed to be slanted.

In its own way, each new RpSt on a flat roof is unique and unrepeatable

When designing RpSt independently, we base the project on:

• • The original state, i.e., from the original documentation of the house, checking the dimension and photographs of the flat roof.
  • From archived implementations of RpSt on similar panel systems.
  • From existing RpSt solutions and details, which we protect as our know-how, using utility models. For example for MesHeat 2 protective nets and RpSt cornice lining.
  • With the help of team evaluation of the submitted solutions for the final design of the RpSt, i.e. by involving structural engineers, designers and construction managers, we try to minimize possible errors and thus not repeat mistakes from the past.

  Therefore, it is not possible to use previously realized RpSt projects on an apparently identical block of flats without new measurements and new project documentation.

  This is not only about measurable differences in lengths and areas, but also about the fact that RpSt is a constantly evolving system, preserving its essence, i.e. draining rainwater through sloping areas outside the "floor plan of the original flat roof".

   

  At the same time, however, it is a system that must respond to new knowledge in the field of roofs, to new materials and technologies.

  Each new RpSt project is based on more than 20 years of experience gained in designing and implementing RpSt on more than 200 blocks of flats in Europe and more than 1,000 blocks of flats in the Czech Republic.
